To ensure seamless information sharing, myTuftsMed integrates with Apple's Health App and CareKit. This allows data from these external apps to be securely uploaded to our electronic health record (EHR) system. Please note that patients must have a physician's order and complete the setup process on their mobile devices, which includes accepting terms and conditions for sharing external app data with myTuftsMed.
